Since our re-opening in April we have been following strict steps to protect the health of both our staff and clients. We are also complying with the directives issued by the MA Governor's Office. Daycare, Boarding and Grooming Drop Off:
At this time we are unable to allow customers in our facility. When you arrive to drop-off or pick-up your dog for any of our services, please step into our gated front walkway and call us at 978-777-1428. Only one customer in the walkway at a time. We will escort your dog in/out using our own leashes and we ask that you take your dog's collar, leash and harness home with you. There is an area where you may leave their lunch. We are unable to accept dog's personal belongings for boarding, however we do provide our own bedding and blankets for them.

We are accepting cash, checks & credit card payments. You may store a credit card in your file and purchase daycare passes directly through your Gingr portal. Our groomers are accepting cash and Venmo tips.
Transportation is available. The self-wash station is closed at this time. Instead, we are offering basic baths and nail trims on a first-come-first-serve basis. Call or email us to set one up. Daycare and boarding clients may request a bath or nail trim at drop off.
